Wizardia operates a Play to Earn (“P2E) online roleplaying strategy game platform, which takes place in Wizardia created fantasy metaverse. Wizardia uses digital tools to connect players with computer generated enemies or other players, Wizard NFTs, offer products and/or services in Wizardia curated fantasy metaverse.

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to use of the Website, Platform and to any transaction entered into through the Platform. Please read them carefully. 

 

By using the Website or Platform or by creating an account on the Platform, the User accepts these Platform Terms (and the documents referred to in these Platform Terms) and is bound by them. If a User does not accept these Platform Terms it must not access or use the Website or Platform or create an account. 

 

1. PARTICIPATING IN THE PLATFORM

 

1.1. Users must have an account to participate in activity on the Platform. To be eligible to create an account, User must:

1. be a natural person;
2. not be a resident and/or citizen of Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea, Iran, Syria, non-government-controlled areas of Ukraine such as Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia, Kherson or others, Venezuela, United States of America;
3. be at least 18 years old;
4. not currently have an existing account in Wizardia Platform;
5. not have been previously suspended or removed from Wizardia Platform;
6. not be a person included in any trade embargoes, economic or other sanctions list, the list of specially designated nationals maintained by OFAC;
7. not be a person who violates or is reasonably suspected to violate Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing laws, previously was involved in money laundering or terrorist financing;
8. not be a resident or citizen in a jurisdiction where under the applicable laws of that jurisdiction or applicable laws of these Terms of Use, it is illegal to access and use Wizardia Platform and/or products and services provided therein or would cause Wizardia or any other third party to contravene such applicable laws;
9. accept these Platform Terms.

 

1.2. Wizardia may rely on any information that the User provides and the User agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Wizardia and other Users against all claims arising out of or in connection with this information, and any actual or alleged breach of any warranty by the User.

 

1.3. Each User’s account will have an integration to a User’s wallet that can hold, and be used to trade, $WZRD tokens and Wizardia NFTs acquired by the User via the Platform. The wallet will be controlled by the User. 

 

1.4. We may amend our eligibility criteria at any time by giving you a reasonable notice in advance of such change.

 

1.5. Each User warrants that:

1. it meets the eligibility requirements as set out in these Platform Terms including section 1.1 above;
2. it has full power and authority to accept these Platform Terms and to perform all of its obligations under it;
3. it will be a sole individual user of such Wizardia Platform account and not on behalf of any third party;
4. it will be fully responsible for all activities that occur on User’s account;
5. its entry into these Platform Terms as well as any transaction entered into using the Platform is a legal and binding agreement, enforceable against it in accordance with these Platform Terms and the terms of the relevant transaction; and
6. it is not aware of any circumstances in relation to itself giving rise to Insolvency.

 

1.6. Wizardia retains full discretion over the acceptance of new Users onto the Platform and may require a User to provide additional information and/or documentation as part of the account opening process or before accessing al features of the Platform. Wizardia may suspend or terminate any User's account if:

1. that User has breached its obligations, or Wizardia reasonably believes that User has breached its obligations, under these Platform Terms, or under applicable laws, or under any Wizardia Token or Wizardia NFTs;
2. Wizardia, in its absolute discretion, considers that the User poses an actual or potential threat to the security of the Platform and/or Wizardia's and/or other Users.

 

1.7. Wizardia shall have no liability to the User as a result of suspending or terminating an account.

 

$WZRD tokens and Wizardia NFTs

 

1.8. $WZRD Tokens and Wizardia NFTS are issued by Wizardia in connection with the Platform. $WZRD Tokens and Wizardia NFTs give holders special rights to participate in certain activities on the Platform as further described in these Platform Terms. Further details about $WZRD Tokens can be found at https://lightpaper.wizardia.io/usdwzrd-tokens

 
1.9. Users who hold $WZRD NFTs, and wish to use them on the Platform must link their User account with the wallet that holds the Wizardia NFTs. The User will then may be required to verify ownership of the wallet as instructed via the Platform. 

1.10. The $WZRD tokens can be acquired in the crypto asset exchanges. 

1.11. $WZRD Tokens are utility tokens that can be utilised in Wizardia Platform only.

1.12. Users should obtain independent financial, taxation and legal advice before acquiring $WZRD Tokens and be aware that $WZRD Tokens (and all crypto assets) are volatile and may be subject to price fluctuation at any given time. 

 

2. WIZARDIA NFTS

 

2.1. Wizardia issues NFTs that can be utilised in Wizardia Platform and Wizardia Platform associated activities such as: i) Arena Genesis NFTs; ii) Market Genesis NFTs; iii) Wizard NFTs. Further details about functionalities of Wizardia NFTs can be found at: https://lightpaper.wizardia.io/nfts 

 

2.2. Each Wizardia NFT acts as an evidence of the holder’s ownership of rights and obligations associated with corresponding NFT functionality in the Platform. 

 

2.3. Arena Genesis NFTs shall have the following features and functionalities:

1. Arena Genesis NFT owners shall have a right to receive the percentage of the transaction fees processed through Wizardia Arena (PVP). Wizardia Users shall pay a starting fee, from which 7% (seven percent) is taken to Wizaradia Vault.
2. Wizardia Vault earnings shall be disbursed as follows: 
   - 50% (fifty percent) allocated to Arena Genesis NFTs owners proportionally; 
   - 5% (twenty five percent) allocated to prize pool tournaments and other P2E activities;
   - 25% (twenty five percent) allocated to Wizardia project for Wizardia development.
3. Until Wizardia launches Arena functionality in the Platform, all users consent to Arena Genesis NFTs automatic staking subject to staking rewards depending on the round when such assets were purchased and which can be accessed online via: https://wizardia.io/nft-sale 

 

2.4. Market Genesis NFTs shall have the following features and functionalities:

1. Market Genesis NFT owners shall have a right to receive the percentage of the transaction fees processed through Wizardia Market.
2. Market Genesis NFT owners shall receive 1% (one percent) from all Wizardia Market transactions, proportionally.
3. Wizardia Market is in development stage and fixed Market Genesis NFT owners rewards are subject to change.

 

2.5. Wizard NFTs shall have the following features and functionalities:

1. Represent in-game characters in Wizardia game; by Wizardia or any other party to the User. The User should not rely on the eligibility criteria or on-boarding criteria, as evidence of the User's suitability to participate in the Platform. The User remains solely responsible for its own assessments of the features and risks of participating in the Platform.

Users should obtain independent financial, taxation and legal advice before applying to open an account with Wizardia and using the Platform or entering into any transaction on the Platform.
Nothing in these Platform Terms, nor in the documents made available in relation to the Platform, is a promise or representation as to the future. Neither Wizardia nor any other person (not limited to the persons named in these Platform Terms or the Platform) has authorise

1. May be traded, rented, ranked up and used to summon new Wzards in the game.

 

2.6. Wizardia may make changes to the $WZRD Tokens and Wizardia NFTs in order to optimise its technical and operational solutions. Wizardia shall provide Users with prior notice of any such changes. Any change to the technology supporting the $WZRD Tokens and Wizardia NFTs will not prejudice any User's rights under $WZRD Tokens and Wizardia NFTs.

 

2.7. Wizardia NFTs can only be traded on the Platform, and may not be sold, transferred, or dealt with outside the Platform.  

 

General advice

2.8. The information in these Platform Terms and any information that is made available through the Website is not personal advice, and does not constitute a recommendation or opinion that the Platform, or any opportunity made available through the Platform, is suitable for a particular User.

2.9. Any information provided to Users by Wizardia whether through these Platform Terms, Website, generic marketing emails, publicly available materials or through the social media, is general information in nature only, and must not be treated as personal advice. This information does not take into account and is not based upon a consideration of a User's personal circumstances. It is provided simply to help Users understand the potential benefits and risks associated with the Platform and the opportunities made available through the Platform. Users should consider their objectives, financial situation and needs and the significant risks which accompany the prospect of profit associated with the opportunities made available through the Platform before participating in any activities or entering into transactions on the Platform.

2.10. Opening an account should not be construed as, and does not involve, the provision of financial product advice or any other advice by Wizardia or any other party to the User. The User should not rely on the eligibility criteria or on-boarding criteria, as evidence of the User's suitability to participate in the Platform. The User remains solely responsible for its own assessments of the features and risks of participating in the Platform.

2.12. Nothing in these Platform Terms, nor in the documents made available in relation to the Platform, is a promise or representation as to the future. Neither Wizardia nor any other person (not limited to the persons named in these Platform Terms or the Platform) has authorised the making of any statement not expressly contained in these terms or the Platform.

2.13. All information in these Platform Terms is, unless otherwise specifically stated, current only as at the date of publication and then only to the extent that relevant information is available at the time of compilation of this document. The publication of these provisions does not create any implication that there will be, or has been, no change in the business or affairs of Wizardia as at the date of issue of this document. Wizardia may in its absolute discretion, update or supplement the product description, set out in these Platform Terms, but is under no obligation to do so.

2.14. Digital assets are subject to high volatility and market risk. Changes in value can be significant and occur rapidly without any warning. Past performance of virtual assets is not a good indicator of its potential future performance and value. Value of your purchase can go up or down and you may as well lose all the money you invested. Digital assets that are being advertised may have a limited liquidity which may make it difficult or impossible to sell them whenever you wish to. Changes in laws and regulations may materially affect the value of digital assets your purchase and hold.

 

3. COMMUNICATION

 

3.1. Each User consents to using electronic means to form, or agree, or agree to, or bind it to, legal obligations in relation to the Platform and this Website (as applicable). Where a User indicates through electronic means its agreement to, or acceptance of, terms and conditions, offers and other documents, the User will be taken to have agreed to, or signed them.

3.2. The User agrees that where Wizardia is required, by law or otherwise, to provide any documentation, the User consents to the provision of that document electronically through the links on this Website, the Platform or any other means Wizardia may choose to use. Each User must regularly check its nominated email address, Wizardia account and the Website for any documentation provided by Wizardia.

4. FEES

 

4.1. You agree to pay all fees in connection with your use of Wizardia Platform and services or products provided therein. 

4.2. Such fees may be published on the Website or communicated to you via specific product and/or service terms on Wizardia Platform or Website.

 

5. GENERAL TERMS

 

Further assurances

5.1. To the extent any transaction contemplated by these Platform Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, each User agrees to execute and take such other steps as Wizardia may reasonably require to effect that contract.

5.2. Each User agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Wizardia from and against any and all loss, damage, costs and expenses arising from or in connection with any claim brought, directly or indirectly, by the User arising from any acts or omissions that occur in connection with these Platform Terms or any transactions contemplated by these Platform Terms.

Discretions

5.3. Any power or discretion granted to Wizardia under these terms may be exercised by Wizardia in its absolute discretion including, without limitation: 

1. rejecting an application to open or close an Account;
2. amending the Website and/or improve the Platform;
3. restricting the User access to the Platform;
4. introducing new costs and charges and pass on any costs or charges incurred by Wizardia;
5. charging interest on monies owed by any User;
6. withholding payments; and
7. exercising any other right set out or contemplated in these Platform Terms.

Usernames and passwords

5.4. Each User must maintain the confidentiality of any Username and password used on the Website and notify Wizardia immediately if there is any unauthorised use of the User's Wizardia account or any other breach of security. 5.5. Each User hereby consents that User name and password assigned to it is accessible to the authorised person(s) of that individual or organisation.

Wizardia Policies

5.6. Use of the Website and Platform will be subject to the following Wizardia policies:

1. privacy;
2. risk warning;
3. dispute management policy; and
4. other policies that Wizardia may install and/or update from time to time.

Intellectual Property Rights

5.7. The Platform, Website and all Wizardia Content and all intellectual property and similar rights that subsist in the Platform, Website and Wizardia Content are the property of Wizardia or its third party licensors and suppliers. Nothing in these Platform Terms constitutes a transfer of any Intellectual Property Rights.

5.8. Subject to these Platform Terms, Wizardia grants each User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited licence to download, access, view, use and display the Wizardia Content which Wizardia makes available to Users from time to time on the terms and conditions set out in these Platform Terms.

5.9. Users must not do anything which breaches or otherwise interferes with Wizardia's Intellectual Property Rights or the Intellectual Property Rights of any of Wizardia's third party licensors. Users may not distribute, reproduce, publish, alter, modify or create derivative works from any Wizardia Content without the prior written permission of Wizardia or the relevant third party licensor or exploit such contents for commercial benefit.

5.10. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Wizardia.

 

Prohibited use

5.11. By opening a Wizardia Platform account, User agrees that it will not:

1. breach these Platform Terms or any agreement entered into pursuant to, or in connection with, these Platform Terms;
2. make any adverse, critical or disparaging statements, allegations or comments (whether expressly or by implication) with respect to Wizardia;
3. use Wizardia Services in a manner that violates public interests, public morals, or the legitimate interests of others, including any actions that would interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or prevent other users from using Wizardia;
4. use Wizardia for market manipulation;
5. fengage in fraudulent activities, or cause us to suspect that you or any User have engaged in fraudulent activities and/or transactions;
6. decompile or reverse engineer, dissemble, or use as a service bureau for the benefit of other persons, the Wizardia Platform, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code for the Wizardia Platform;
7. use Wizardia Platform in a manner that interferes with the management of Wizardia Platform by Wizardia to fulfil its obligations under these Platform Terms; and
8. modify or adapt the whole or any part of the Platform or combine or incorporate the Platform into another programme or application;
9. modify, replicate, duplicate, copy, download, store, further transmit, disseminate, transfer, disassemble, broadcast, publish, remove or alter any copyright statement or label, or license, sub-license, sell, mirror, design, rent, lease, private label, grant security interests in such intellectual properties or any part of the intellectual properties, or create derivative works or otherwise take advantage of any part of the intellectual properties;
10. facilitate any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data or information in connection with the Binance Services;
11. violate, or attempt to violate, applicable laws, third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.

 

Privacy

5.12. By using the Website and/ or the Platform, Users agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about themselves to Wizardia, that the information User provide is true, accurate, current and complete and that the User is authorised to bind itself to these Platform Terms.

5.13. Any personal information collected by Wizardia through the Website, Platform or otherwise collected by or on behalf of Wizardia, will be dealt with in accordance with the Wizardia privacy policy.

Third Party Activities

5.14. The Wizardia Website may contain links to third party websites where content is not controlled by Wizardia.

5.15. Links to Linked Sites are provided for convenience only. The appearance of a link to a Linked Site does not imply Wizardia's endorsement of that Linked Site or any content created or uploaded by a party other than Wizardia, including all Third Party Content. Wizardia has no control over and is not responsible for any Linked Site or any Third Party Content.

5.16. Users access Linked Sites at their own risk and, to the full extent permitted by law, Wizardia disclaims all guarantees and warranties, express and implied, as to the accuracy, value, legality or otherwise of any materials or information contained on such Linked Sites and in Third Party Content.

5.17. Any use by a User of Third Party Content (including, without limitation, that featured on Linked Sites) may be subject to a third party's terms and conditions of use. It is the User's responsibility to check and comply with such terms.

Information Technology

5.18. Wizardia uses all reasonable endeavours to make the Platform available when required by the User. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Platform.

5.19. Errors and failures may occur in respect of Platform technology and the internet may be subject to faults and events which may affect the User access. Additionally, the User systems, our systems or the systems of a third party which the User or we rely on, may fail to work properly.

5.20. We are constantly striving to improve the Platform. This means that the Platform may need to be suspended or updated as a result of periodic maintenance, repairs or upgrades. We will always seek to provide the User with prior notice.

5.21. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that the User are able to gain access to the Platform. In particular, it is the User's responsibility to have an appropriate device to connect to the Platform and the appropriate network connectivity.

5.22. Wizardia does not accept any liability in respect of the operation of our Platform, and will not be liable in respect of any Loss (including loss of profit or revenue), cost or damage including, without limitation, consequential, unforeseeable, special or indirect damages or expense which the User might incur as a result of or arising out of either accessing and using or being unable to access and use the Platform.

Events outside Wizardia's control 

5.23. There is a risk that the Platform may be affected by events outside Wizardia's control. Wizardia may in its reasonable discretion determine that such an event exists or is likely about to exist. If Wizardia makes such a determination its obligations in relation to the Platform will be immediately and automatically suspended until Wizardia determines (in its reasonable discretion) that the event no longer exists.

Liability

5.24. To the full extent permitted by law, Wizardia excludes all representations, warranties, guarantees, terms and conditions, whether express or implied (and including, without limitation, those implied by statute, custom, law or otherwise), except as expressly set out in these Platform Terms.

5.25. Wizardia has no liability to any User in relation to the conduct of any other User on the Platform, even where that conduct results from the acts or omissions of Wizardia (including negligent acts or omissions). Wizardia is in no way liable to perform, or liable for damages in respect of, the performance, non-performance or breach by any User of its obligations under these Platform Terms or any transactions arising from use of the Platform. 

5.26. Each User waives any right to claim against Wizardia in respect of any breach by another User of these Platform Terms or any transaction arising from it. 

5.27. To the full extent permitted by law, the Website and the Platform are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis, without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty or guarantee of any kind (whether express or implied). This means that Wizardia does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Website or Platform or that its servers are free of computer viruses, bugs or other harmful components or that defects will be corrected. As a result, Users may at times experience disruption or other difficulties in using the Website. Users should consider the potential for disruption or other difficulties in planning User use of the Website. To the extent permitted by law, Wizardia has no liability to any User whatsoever for loss or costs of any kind it suffers as a result of or in connection with any disruption or other difficulties in using the Website or Platform.

5.28. To the full extent permitted by law, and except where the relevant liability arises from Wizardia's unlawful actions, neither Wizardia nor any party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Website or Platform accepts any liability for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information contained on the Website (including information in the virtual data room) or Platform or any responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Website or Platform.

5.29. To the full extent permitted by law, and except where the relevant liability arises from Wizardia' unlawful actions, Wizardia excludes all liability to Users for any damages or loss (including without limitation direct, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages or any loss of business, interest, goodwill, revenue, profit, or loss or corruption of data) arising out of a User's access to, or use of, or inability to use or access the Website or otherwise in connection with:

1. the User's use of, or reliance on, the Website or Platform (or any of the Wizardia Content, Linked Site or Third Party Content) however caused (including, without limitation, damage or loss arising in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), statute or otherwise));
2. the accuracy, timeliness, credibility, quality, utility or completeness of the information contained on the Website or Platform; and/or
3. any errors or omissions in the content on the Website or Platform, whether or not Wizardia is aware of such errors or omissions.

5.30. Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations, remedies or guarantees which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. Such legislation may, for example, impose non-excludable guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality or that services will be rendered with due care and skill (with certain remedies available to consumers for certain breaches of such guarantees). To the extent that such legislation applies, these Platform Terms must be read subject to those statutory provisions. If those statutory provisions apply, notwithstanding any other provision of these Platform Terms, to the extent that Wizardia is entitled to do so, Wizardia limits its liability pursuant to such provisions for any goods to the replacement, repair or refund of the cost of goods, or for services, to the re-supply or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

5.31. Users agree to fully compensate Wizardia, its related companies, officers, employees and agents from and against reasonable liability, loss, damage, costs and expense (including, without limitation, reasonable legal expenses on a reasonable basis) and penalties incurred or suffered by any of them arising out of:

1. the User's material breach of these Platform Terms;
2. any misuse or use of Wizardia Content in breach of these Platform Terms; and
3. any act of fraud or wilful misconduct by or on behalf of the User.

5.32. The obligations to compensate for losses incurred by Wizardia and its officers, employees and agents in these Platform Terms are continuing obligations of the parties, separate and independent from their other obligations and survive termination of these Platform Terms and absolute and unconditional and unaffected by anything that might have the effect of prejudicing, releasing, discharging or affecting in any other way the liability of the party that is obliged to provide the compensation.

Risk Disclosures

5.33. Users acknowledge and that there are risks associated with purchasing, holding, and using cryptographic tokens and virtual assets generally (in the case, the $WZRD Tokens and Wizardia NFTs) which include (without limitation) those risks disclosed the use of cryptographic token technology, and Wizardia excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all liability arising from those risks.

5.34. Risks Associated with User Credentials: Any third party that gains access to or learns of a User's wallet login credentials may be able to control or dispose of that User's $WZRD Tokens and Wizardia NFTs. To minimize this risk, Users should guard against unauthorized access to electronic devices.

Confidentiality

5.35. Neither Wizardia nor any User will disclose any Confidential Information of another party arising under in connection with these Platform Terms. For the purposes of these Platform Terms, Confidential Information means the information provided by Users in accordance with the these Platform Terms, including but not limited to, information concerning the business and affairs of a party and any listing or account information.

5.36. A party may make disclosures:

1. to those of its employees, officers, professional or financial advisers and bankers as the party reasonably thinks necessary to give effect to these Platform Terms and any transactions contemplated by it but only on a strictly confidential basis; and
2. if required by law, including any AML/CTF Law, after the form and terms of that disclosure have been notified to the other party and the other party has had a reasonable opportunity to comment on the form and terms.

Amendments

5.37. Wizardia may from time to time make changes to these Platform Terms. Such changes will apply to future transactions only and will not be retrospective in nature. Users with accounts on the Platform will receive notifications of the change through their accounts. Users who do not have accounts on the Platform should regularly check the Platform Terms made available on the Wizardia website, where the most recent version of the Platform Terms will always be displayed at https://wizardia.io/terms-and-conditions

Interpretation 

5.38. In these Platform Terms headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of Platform Terms and, unless the context makes it clear that one of the following rules is not intended to apply: 

1. words or expressions:
   - importing the singular include the plural and vice versa;
   - importing a gender include the other gender;
   - other parts of speech and grammatical forms of a word or phrase defined in this Agreement have a corresponding meaning; 
   - and denoting a person or entity include individuals, corporations, firms, unincorporated bodies, associations, trusts and Regulatory Authorities;
2. a reference to:
   - a party means a party to these Platform Terms and includes that party's successors and permitted assigns;
   - a document or agreement (including these Platform Terms) whether or not in writing, is a reference to that document or agreement as amended, varied, novated, supplemented or replaced from time to time;
   - a Law includes any modification, consolidation, amendment, re-enactment, replacement or codification of that Law and all regulations, orders, directives or instruments issued under it;
   - a body, other than a party to the Platform Terms, (whether statutory or not) that ceases to exist or whose powers or functions are transferred to another body, is a reference to the body that replaces it or that substantially succeeds to its powers or functions;
   - a liability incurred includes a liability suffered, arising or incurred;
   - the words includes and including and any variation of those words must be read as if followed by the words without limitation;
   - and a provision of these Platform Terms must not be construed to the disadvantage of a party merely because that party was responsible for the preparation of the Platform Terms or the inclusion of the provision in these Platform Terms or would otherwise benefit from it. 

Governing law and jurisdiction

5.39. These Platform Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. 

5.40. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar and courts of appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning the Platform Terms.

5.41. Except to the extent inconsistent with an express provision of these Platform Terms to submit matters to an alternative forum for dispute resolution or mediation, each party waives any right it has to object to an action being brought in those courts including claiming that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum or that those courts do not have jurisdiction.

 

 

Platform Glossary 

 

$WZRD Token means the utility token and representation of in-game currency of the Wizardia existing on the Platform.

Wizardia NFT means Wizardia NFTs representing Arena Genesis NFTs, Market Genesis NFTs and/or Wizard NFTs with right and obligations associated therein.

Platform means the platform operated by Wizardia through which Users can play Wizardia game and use Wizardia metaverse that can be accessed via the Website, an app or any other mode of access online.

Third Party Content means Intellectual Property Rights owned by a party other than Wizardia.

Wizardia means the Company “Core Mind Productions Limited”, Gibraltar.

Wizardia Content means all content on the Website and Platform, including without limitation all text, graphics, icons, advertisements, photographs, databases, trademarks and other information, other than Third Party Content. 

$WZRD Tokens means the crypto assets issued by Wizardia.
